Dublin Whiskey Company, Shadow Study

Dublin Whiskey Company Shadow Study

We were asked to carry out a shadow study on behalf of the Dublin Whiskey Company for their proposed new whiskey distillery at 33 Mill Street Dublin.  We carried out a shadow study for the proposed and current layouts that were submitted for application. Focusing on the Spring Equinox, and summer Solstice a series of images were generated.

Glad to see that permission has been granted for development which will create 30 full-time jobs and 60 construction jobs.

This will be Dublin’s first working distillery in over 125 yrs.

Kick starting 2013 – Architectural 3D

We have noticed an increase in demand for Shadow Study Analysis from our existing and new clients. Using house plans from your architect, building contractor or planning & development consultancy, our shadow study or daylight analysis assists with your planning application to ensure you overcome any objections to your house extension, kitchen extension or other building extensions.
We accurately map out the sun’s path over your planned home extension or building structure using 3D rendering software to generate a shadow analysis or daylight and sunlight study, we also show any effect the extension with have on neighbouring house or buildings. We provide you with a 3D animation or series of images illustrating the shadow path.
Our prices start at €275 and we can turn around a 3D shadow study in less than 24 hours if necessary, making this a really inexpensive way for you the homeowner, architect or planner to overcome any planning or right to light issues. Please visit our page for a more detailed analysis on right to light issues or contact us on info@rmeDOTie with any queries.

New site goes live

And about time too!!!
Talk about a busman’s holiday. I remember reading an article that you should never work on your own website when you do websites. I can’t remember the justification to this but I do concur- Big Time.
Anyways between some nice projects we managed to put this together and hopefully you will find it a informative source. We aim to bring 3D industry news and our latest works in the 3D and web industries. Thanks for dropping by.
